Last year, AF noted an increase in assignment errors due to duplicate demand assignments that were occurring for the same business unit or user ID. We have now added the current assignee information to the Demand Overview page to help prevent these errors and enhance the member experience.
Once a demand is assigned, you will receive a pop-up confirmation message in the lower right corner of the Demand Overview page.
Parties can now view demand assignment details, including a badge when the assignee is a third-party administrator (TPA).
