At the October 2025 meeting, AF’s Board of Directors approved changes to the filing fee schedule to support efforts with advanced technology and data-dependent strategy. 

Beginning January 1, 2027, most member arbitration filings will increase by an additional $10 per filing. Additionally, the fee for NY PIP will increase to $72. 

The new fee schedule is available on AF’s website.
