For new arbitrators who will hear Auto, Property, PIP, Med Pay and Special Work Comp cases in AF’s TRS platform. This 90-minute, instructor-led webinar will develop skills in evaluating disputes involving liability and/or damages and recording a clear decision that explains to the parties how the influential evidence items(s) factored into the decision. A live demonstration of the TRS process is included.
