This 90-minute instructor-led webinar is designed exclusively for arbitrators who will resolve contribution and concurrent liability coverage disputes in the SPECIAL FORUM. Participants will review the types of disputes resolved in the Special Forum, and develop their skills in evaluating and completing a Special Forum decision, including writing a detailed analysis of the evidence to support the decision.
